Package A – Weekly One-on-One Sessions + Chat Support

- Weekly 30-45-min one-on-one virtual sessions, option for video or no video
- Unlimited one-on-one chat support throughout the week

Package B – Weekly One-on-One Chat Sessions + Chat Support

- Unlimited one-on-one chat support throughout the week

Package C – Unlimited Chat Support
$375/mo
- Unlimited one-on-one chat support throughout the week
- In-the-moment support for whenever you need it most
- Text and/or voice message features available
- Chat open to you 24/7 (message ANYTIME)
- Opportunity to add on services as needed
- Unstanding support for triggering moments
- Accountability check-in

As-Needed Coaching Services
In addition to my packages above, I also offer some as-needed coaching services. These services come with no commitment and can be combined in whatever way supports your recovery the best.
One-on-One Session
- 45-min virtual video session
- This is great supplemental support to your ongoing chat support package
- This is a great option for those further along in recovery that don’t require weekly sessions
- Together we work through cognitive distortions, grounding techniques, neural retraining, and discuss any other needs or struggles you are facing.
Meal Support
- This is a 30-minute support session
- Option for me to eat with you
- Together, we will actively challenge the ED voice as we eat
- I will help with grounding, thought reframing, skill-building, and neural retraining through this session

Who is Coaching For?
Recovery coaching is an incredible option for all struggling with an eating disorder, disordered eating, dieting, body image, compulsive exercise/over-exercising, and intrusive food/exercise/body thoughts.
